Our mission is to equip organizations with the professional training they need to build workplaces and classrooms where neurodivergent people are understood, supported, and empowered to do their best work. Because neurodiversity isn't a buzzword — it's a strength that every organization benefits from when they know how to support it.
Our story
I founded Neuro Design Solutions because I saw a gap that no one was filling — and I knew I was the right person to fill it.
As a neurodivergent woman living with autism and ADHD, I've spent my life navigating workplaces and systems that were not built for minds like mine. After years of working in instructional design and eLearning development, I realized that organizations wanted to support their neurodivergent employees, students, and communities — but they had no training to do it with.
So I built it.
